Price before you confirm

The exact price is calculated on our servers and shown before you confirm. Prices can change over time; the price you confirmed is the one you pay.

Holds and settlement

When you confirm, credits are held. They are charged only when the promised result is delivered. If a technical failure means nothing usable is delivered, the held credits are returned automatically, once.

Refreshes and options

Where a product includes extra options or a refresh, this is shown before you confirm. We do not promise extras that are not shown.

Problems with a generation

Before a generation provider accepts your job, an unused credit hold may be released, because no provider cost has occurred.

Once generation has begun and provider cost has been incurred, the purchase is normally final.

Not liking a result is not an automatic reason for a refund.

If nothing was delivered, a file is technically broken, or you have a billing problem, use “Report a problem”. We review every report manually under this policy and applicable law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Duplicate charges

Each purchase has a unique key so repeated clicks do not charge twice. If you believe you were charged twice, report it and we will check the ledger.

Club subscription

Club renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Statutory rights

Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over this policy.
