Who we are

HeeyDJ is operated by WP Media LLC. Registered address: will be published here before public launch.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly about unauthorised use.

The service

HeeyDJ mixes your music into continuous sets and creates AI-generated DJ photos, performance videos and event Moments. Features may change as we improve the service.

AI limitations

AI output can be unexpected or imperfect. A DJ that looks like you is an AI interpretation, not an exact likeness, and is never footage of a real performance.

Your content and permissions

You are responsible for the prompts, photos, venue photos and music you upload, and for having the rights and consents they require. Uploaded music must be yours or licensed for your use.

Identity and likeness

A DJ that looks like you may only use photos of you. The Acceptable Use and Identity Policy applies.

Prices, credits and subscriptions

The price is shown before you confirm; nothing is generated without your confirmation. HeeyDJ Credits pay for generated content; Club is a monthly subscription that renews until cancelled. Details are in the Credits, Purchases & Support Policy.

Technical failures

If a generation fails for a technical reason and nothing usable is delivered, the credits held for it are returned.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers)

Digital content and services start immediately at your request. Before a paid purchase you are asked to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, where the law allows. Without that request we do not start the purchase.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these Terms or our policies, proportionately and with reasons where the law requires. You can close your account at any time.

Intellectual property

You keep your rights in what you upload. You may use generated content you paid for, subject to our policies and the AI disclosure rules. HeeyDJ software, brand and designs remain ours.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

Governing law and courts: will be published here before public launch. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring claims there.
